It's the beginning of May which signifies that you are almost done your first year of high school! What has been your favourite experience and your least favourite experience so far this year?
FINALLY! High school was a lot different then I expected, but I still had some amazing memories. My favorite memory is probably the first school dance. It was awkward at first but quickly became fun. The second day of school was awful because it was a small cramped space in the hall way when it was just us sec 1, but with everybody it was just too crowded I couldn't get to my locker.
Yassssssssssss. Finally there is like 22 days left till schhol ends, summer and the end of secondary 1. My favorite experiences in St-Thomas was meeting new people, getting friends and espescially the school dances. I am most excited for the dance coming up because their is going to be bever tails and bever tail are my favorite. Another thing that im excited for is to end thoses exams and just relax at home for a few days. I also canot wait for swimming competitions and syncro competitions. Finally we will be moving on to secondary 2 and will be having a Boston trip.
I can’t wait until summer! Although I will miss my friends. My favorite school memory was when i met new people and when I saw my friends from elementary on the first day of school. Another thing I will really like is when we just finish the exams and we can put it behind us, because then when we finish we will have summer to look forward too! My least favorite memory was when we had a fire drill when it was very cold outside.
There are 22 days left of school and then it is summer!! I am super excited although I will miss all my friends and I am extremely sad that most of my friend are also leaving so I won’t be able to see them as much anymore, but I will be able to see them during the summer. One of my favourite things that happened during the year is probably meeting some of my best friends. I am so grateful to have had meet them and it has made everything and school so much better. One of my least favourite things about school is the projects. I absolutely hate projects, but it was fun doing them especially with all my friends. As I said before my friends made everything better. Besides that one least favourite thing of the school year there was nothing else that was bad or that I dislike about the school year.
My favourite experience at school that I get to meet my old friends from my old school and going to the dance.And doing my presentation with my friend my least favourite when people would touch my hair and telling me if they have the n word pass
Summer is almost here! My favorite experience was meeting new people and meet my friends from elementary school. Another thing is the gym class because we can play a lot of sports as a team. My least favorite thing is our locker is to close to each other, so we don't have a lot of space.
my favourite part of the year would have to be when thier were ped days because you get to stay home and like do what you want so thats fun and the part that i hated most would be the day that school began because i was so nervouse and scared and i did not like the school thata much
High school was kinda what I imagined but not quite exactly. I was planning on going to PC with all of my friends but something happened and I was forced to come to St Thomas. I am so happy that something happened because if it did not i would not have met all of my amazing friends here at St Thomas and all of my fantastic teachers.
High school was kind of awkward, but better then i thought. I like high school because it make me feeling that i am actually getting older, and i am happy that i get new friends. But the first day of the school was kind of bad because the building was too big so i lost class often time.
Finally!!!! I am so happy that it will be summer soon. One of my favorite experience in high school was making new friends because I got to meet new people. I was the only one from y elementary school that came to St-Tomas so I was stress to come to school for the first few days. This was probably my least favorite thing this year.
First of all, I am really happy that summer is almost here. I would have to say that my favourite part of high school is that it is just better than elementary school. In elementary, you have a lot less freedom than you do in high school. Something that I do not like about high school though, is that there is more homework, and more tests.
High school is not like elementary school for sure, but some things are the same. I think my favorite thing about high school is that you can make more choices on your own. Before they would make you go outside but now you can choose. It’s just nicer. I think the worst part is that you have to do so many classes in one day, before it would be that we would just walk in to one class and that’s it. We wouldn’t have to change classes, and what were learning. But overall it’s good, I do enjoy high school a lot.
I'm so excited for summer. High school is very different from elementary school. My favourite thing about high school is the freedom. No more cafeteria monitors, no more small cubbys, and most importantly, no more being stuck in the same class all day. My least favourite experience is probably getting lost for the whole the first week of school. I didn't know that I could get to Mr.Alluli's classroom by going straight through the upper hallway and turning left. Instead I went the long way through the cafeteria.
Yesss Summer is coming! High school is really different from elementary school. One thing i liked was that i was treated like i was older, and not the baby people think I am. I think by far my most favorite high school experience was probably meeting new people. I met so many great people who have made my whole year a lot easier and funner! I'm also 100% sure I will never forget these people who have made my first year so memorable! My least favorite experience was probably having to go outside during fire drills in the middle of winter.
MY favorite expiration was with Science i loved it and will not for get it but that with Ethics I never got bored and the teachers were the best for them but I can say that Science and ethics are equal to me.
This school year was pretty good all in all, although I found most things we learnt about boring I think that it will be important later in my high school times. I liked most of my teachers, they were fun and very nice.
