i think the marijuana is going to be a very bad thing because a lot of people are going to get high and drive high. But it is good for some people that will not drive.
I can’t even believe they thought alcohol was a good idea. Clearly the guy (or girl) how made this had too much of their own creation to realizes that this might not be a good idea. Of course I don’t like this idea. A Lot of people's lives are at stake. It only takes one person to drink and drive to create a catastrophe. If you go to zig zag zoo there’s a picture of a little girl and there’s a little text onder night. It says that this little girl was three years old when she died. This guy was taking his new car out for a drive,(on halloween) but he was drunk. So when he turned the corner of this street he did not know, there was a little girl out setting halloween decorations. He was driving really fast and lost control and slammed right in to the girl and a tree. She didn’t make it, and the guy was pout in gail. I have no idea if she’s still in jail but I really hope that he stopped drinking. And that’s one of the reasons why I hoped this day would never come, but it has and it’s tomorrow let’s hope for the best. I thinks this is ethical because when somethings on the news or it’s a new law then it’s totally ethical. And it’s been broadcasted all across the news.
It is horrible that they are legalizing marijuana because it is not good for peoples health for example people are driving high on marijuana and it is really common that you would be in a accident and also it is really bad for your health. This is not at all a really ethical choice why they should make marijuana legal it's not good. The 17th they are making marijuana legal it was a really bad choice to make marijuana legal why would they do this.
I think making marijuana legal is a bad idea, because so many people can die if they take it and then drive, they could get into a car crash. Also because I mean who likes to have drugs! I certainly wouldn’t want them. I think making this drug legal is going to cause lots of deaths, not just if they drive and they’ve taken the drug, but also if they take it TOO ,much they can die. I mean think of it, they had the drug illegal for how many years now, Why would they decide to make it legal now? It just doesn’t make sense. I bet they are going to have a lot of people complaining to whoever is making this drug legal. So what I am trying to say is , marijuana should NOT be legal.

Most people already know the consequences and the laws are very strict so I don’t think a lot of people will still try it. In my opinion I think they should raise the legal age a little bit because even though they are adults they are not to mature
I'm on both sides, the reason why I think it was a good decision because then all the people who where selling it illegally are no not going to make any money for doing something bad. but the reason why I'm against it is because one time I was at a hotel and people where smoking marijuana and it smelt so bad and when it was morning and we got out of our rooms it reeked of marijauna.
I think it's a horrible idea to legalize marijuana, my first reason being that it's unhealthy for physically and mentally. I did a little bit of research and saw that it brings down your motivation and ability to want to do something. It could leave you glued to your couch. Also in some people it worsen the symptoms of mental health like anxiety, panic,fear, and distrust. It also may increase the risk of depression.
Legalize marijuna, That is really horrible idea, First we need to know why marijuna was illegal. It is an addictive substance, a dangerous drug that can die on long-term use. And also marijuna make the consciousness becomes confused and falls into anger. And break social system . And will fall into madness.
I don't think legalising weed is a good idea. It could really mess with brain development. Weed is also a gateway drug. This means that not only is it addictive, but whoever has weed is more likely to get into other drugs. The illegal one's. I really don't see what good this can do.

My concerns is that people will start driving when they have taken pot. Then they could cause car accident and people will die. Pot is also not good for your health and people will die (again). People will also take pot when other person are close and the smoke is probably not good to breathe. This is definitely not a good ethical decision.
I think that marijuana is bad and should be illegal and I think that because arrogant teenagers can get in serious accidents and that drug can not only hurt the user but other people. But also can be used for medical research because there are two types of stuff in that drug one that makes people high and one that can heal some things.But in the end I think it is stupid and should be illegal,but be allowed for research.
Mackenzie I cant imagine the thought that marijuana legal but now I have to live with it! In my opinion it is the stupidest decision ever made. IT IS A DRUG!!! That means that people shouldn't be allowed to have it on a regular bases. Medical marijuana is okay but not free for all that's just plain out dangerous to have people in the streets driving, walking whatever if marijuana is in there system. Sorry but that decision was totally unethical.
