BRETT KAVANAUGH was named as a possible supreme court JUDGE!
However, BRETT KAVANAUGH is being investigated by the FBI.
Reasons for the investigation include:
- his drinking history
- indecent exposure
- being crude
- inappropriate towards women
Should someone like BRETT KAVANAUGH be named JUDGE?
Explain.
I think he should not deserve to be judge because if you are inappropriate words women and other bad stuff Brett Kavanaugh should not be named a supreme court judge. This is why you should not do bad things like he did when your older or you will get investigated by the FBI and it will be on your criminal record. This is bad what Brett Kavanaugh had did because now many people around the world knows about what had happen and that he got investigated by the FBI.

DeleteMmmm...OF COURSE NOT! What were those people thinking letting him even enter the building. What is happening to your society. There’s probably a good reason because there’s always a reason but this seems like it’s complicated. And I don’t know if he’s worse or Donald Trump. I mean maybe there not as bad as they seem, but that’s a pretty slim chance that there not crazy. I just think that they should have thought this through more carefully. It just seems like people aren’t using their heads these days. So, I think they should NOT let him be a judge.

DeleteI think Brett Kavanaugh should not be named as a supreme court judge. I think this because he is being accused of some serious stuff. Anyone in high power should not be accused of any of these things. Although the women say this happened many years ago, it still something that should not have happened. Even though he was young when it happened, it’s no excuse.

ReplyDeleteNO!!!!!!! I don't think he should be named judge. If he only committed one crime and regretted it then maybe, but there is a big deference between 1 and 4. How do you expect someone to enforce the law when they have broken it so many times! If I had a judge like that I certainly would not trust his verdict. For all we know he might still be doing those bad things. Of course I don't know him personally so i cant say, but old habit's DON'T DIE EASY! I wouldn't trust him to enforce rules he broke. Being a judge is a HUGE honour, one that I don't think he currently deserves. Let him be judge when he proves he wont mess up.
ReplyDeleteI think he should not be named judge because he's done so many wrong things and he should prove that he is "mature" enough to make decisions. Until then no just no. Also its just rude, cruel and unusual to do that to women. Even though Donald likes him a lot it doesn't mean that he should be named judge. Also drinking can evoke your decision most of the time for the worse. Also exposure?? Honestly he has HUGE problems, ones that im hoping he will solve.
ReplyDeleteI agree with everyone… he shouldn’t be named a judge, why? Beacause: for example if he uses inappropriate words against women in court, he will be punished for it and it can put a lot of women in danger if they don’t think first. Another reason is if he does get to be named Court judge then people will most likely feel uncomfortable beacause they don’t know what is going through his head and everyone might think twice about going to him, not only is he being exposed about his past but also will most likely not get money.

Imagine someone like that making huge decisions.It just doesn't make sense.He clearly doesn't have the maturity to be in huge a huge position. Like Lara said it doesn't matter if trump like him because no one really likes trump either!

He is crude towards woman, he has had drinking problems in the past plus he has done indecent exposure. What's to stop him from doing all that horrible stuff again? He definitely is not mature enough to have such a position in the lives of others. Sorry but my answer is 100 percent a fat no.
ReplyDeleteI feel like Brett Kavanaugh should not be a Supreme Court judge because if he has a drinking history it is possible that he is steel drinking. If he is still drinking he could take a bad decision that could change some one life for ever. If he is inappropriate towards women’s he could take a bad decision because he wants to disadvantage a women. He could also do some action or say something that is hurtful for her.

Brett Kavanaugh has done many bad things and if he gets drunk he could make a bad decision and make the court look bad. If he was to be inappropriate to women again he could pay them to be silent, then no one would know he did this again.

ReplyDeleteIf I were the president of the United States, There is no way I would ever even think of making someone like Brett Kavanaugh supreme court judge. He would be behind bars. Brett Kavanaugh has done terrible things, like having a bad drinking history, indecent exposure, being crude, being inappropriate towards women, and just simply being an all around bad person.
